Little Lorikeets English Preschool は、土曜日もCAN Do Saturday schoolとして活動しています！！
Saturday Can Do class. It's a 110 min class , where we get to play in English. We also start the graded reading program that we use here. Can do is like our Rainbow weekday classes. But unlike our Rainbow weekday classes, which are closed to the public, or can only be entered under special circumstances the Can do class is open to the public the children have done some English else were. Children that have zero English will start in baby class, Happy Toddler, or First Step class.
Saturday's First Step class, it's half way through the year and the kids are starting to get it.
Speaking English in a loud voice, copying what the teachers say. It's nice to see.
The Saturday Happy Toddler class (Tuesday Happy Toddler class too) is the progression from baby class. We start dancing and using more complicated English.
My opinion of course is to get as much English as possible before primary School 小学 so the kindergarten is the best option, but that's not to say that Saturday isn't good just if you really want to get proficient in English you need lots of time in an English environment.
Saturday baby class, (Tuesday baby class too)is a good time to get into our school. Also starting before 10 months old is really important as the ears mechanism for hearing lots of different sounds starts to set after that... So the ability to hear English properly is established at this age.
Some more crafts for the Rainy season.
We made Teru Teru bozu (Shine Shine Monk) to keep the rain away, the kids can also use it like a toy to chuck the ball thats attached by string to the cup and catch the ball in the cup.
